Ranjit began his career as an Auditor before transitioning into Tax at Andersen Tax, where he built a strong foundation in corporate and individual taxation. He then joined RKE and later EY, expanding his expertise in corporate tax strategy, multi-state compliance, and international structuring.
With this diverse background, Ranjit went on to advise entrepreneurs and families, translating complex tax matters into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth and minimize risk. Today, he leads the firm’s tax advisory practice, bringing partner-level insight and a hands-on approach to every client engagement.
